How to Create an Account on Uhaul.com:

1)  Navigate to uhaul.com/orders and click 'Create Account'.

2)  Enter in your email address (as it appears on your contract) and a strong password.

3)  Enter your name and phone number.

4)  Check your email to retrieve the verification code.

5)  Enter verification code and click 'Verify Code'.

6)  Under 'My Storage', click "Find My Storage Unit".

7)  Enter phone number as it appears on the contract and the unit number.

8)  Click 'Associate Room'.

- This will sync up the unit(s) with the online account.

1-800-GO-HAUL (1-800-468-4285) and enter Option 3 for Customer Support.

How to Make Online Payment on Uhaul.com:

1)  Under 'My Storage' click 'Pay Rent'.

2)  Choose to 'Pay the Balance' or 'Pay Through' (add future date from drop down menu).

3)  Enter credit card information.
